All of our trainers are ISSA & Amfpt certified, and CPR and AED certified which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.

Terin was introduced to weightlifting at a very young age while playing sports. He overcame obesity by losing over 100lbs through patience  exercise and diet . He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
