Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 25 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

BootCamp

Mondays, Wednesdays
6:45pm – 7:45pm

Saturdays
9:30am –10:30am

By combining battle ropes, Jumpropes, TRX Straps, Resistant Bands, Agility Ladders, Medicine Balls, Bosu Balls, and Dumbbells , this beginner/Intermediate  level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, burn fat, and put your metabolism to work.

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between various core exercises, to help you build leaner muscles, a stronger core, and also burn fat. 

1 on 1 Strength Training

Monday - friday
5am – 9pm

Sundays
9am – 6pm

Learn good form and what it means to reach your threshold. We’ll teach you how to breathe and warm up properly, so you can safely achieve whatever your fitness goals are.
