You have a long day at work, boss getting on your nerves, kids driving you crazy, spouse in rare form...Take it to the gym and I promise it will go away! This will benefit you and everyone around you. Just may be what you need to not go "OFF."

When those endorphins are released into your bloodstream...Watch Out World! They give you more energy than you thought you could have. Overall, through fitness your are improving your strength and stamina and will soon have to remind yourself that you are not really a SuperHero. Sure, we do feel tired after a good work out, as you should but that fatigue doesn't last long and is far different from everyday fatigue.
4. It isn't that hard to find time for fitness
The huge myth is, there is so much going on in my day that I just dont have time for fitness. P-LEASE! We make time for the things we want to do so why not add fitness to your list of wants? Taking 2 or 3 hours out of your 168 hour week isn't much at all. You still have 165 or 166 left you do what you please. One hour on 3 different days isn't as bad as it seems. We have all been there but it is up to you to make the time!

Looking for that special someone?...No No No this is not a dating service advertisement but, what we don't realize is it could be the avenue to some of the best contacts your could ever make! You never know who you will meet when working out. Also, if you and your friends or significant other are tired of doing the same routine over and over again, combine exercise times and kill two birds with one stone! Try it...it'll get you smiling again.

Mr. Fitness! (There isn't a major health problem he can't solve!) The key to good overall heath has been said before and I will say it again...Exercise. Research shows it can prevent heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis and ultimately ease the aspects of aging. Since working out helps your muscles and joints you don't feel the pain of aging like most and have a boost in your immune system. I know we have all seen some who are 55+ and wonder wow how did they find the fountain of youth and do they have a road map to get there? Well, All Signs Lead to Exercise Mountain!

Without our hearts we would cease to exist...it is the most important muscle in your body. If not for anything else, exercise for this reason alone. Exercise builds up less plaque, allows the heart to pump more efficiently and it doesn't have to work as hard but gives the same results. These things is what help to prevent heart disease and promote healthy living!

Soooo, Yes...I read it again...Does sound weird... Why would I want to eat more? Isn't that why I have all this fat in the first place? Well, actually it is exactly right...when your excercise you do eat more. That is actually a good thing. You want to eat more it means your metabolism is pretty dog gone healthy! Your body is burning the right amount of calories. The key is to make sure you put the right amount and the proper calories in for it to burn. When you eat your one meal or two meals a day or try these death diets they have out these days you are telling your body to store unwanted fat.
9. Exercise Boosts your Performance
When you take into account facts 1-8...how could you NOT believe fact #9. Exercise ultimately changes your LIFE! It allows you to take on more than you ever thought you could. You are able to perform mentally, physically and emotionally and not even break a sweat! Well, enough said....
10. Weight Loss is NOT the Most important Goal
Of course we all want a BEACH BODY and to look good but overall there are far more benefits to exercising than just that. Frankly speaking, not all of us will have what society says is the "way to look." Who cares? At the end of the day life, health and strength is what we need to survive. Through fitness we ultimately will have a boost in brainpower, stress free living, unmeasurable energy, good relationships, disease prevention, good hearts, awesome eating habits, performance boosts and some or alot of weight loss. I think if not losing all the weight ever happens having everything else will do me just fine!
